The Oman Tax Authority is introducing e-invoicing in phases rather than switching every business on at the same time.
Phase 1 — August 2026100 selected large VAT-registered companies.
Phase 2 — February 2027All large VAT-registered companies.
Phase 3 — August 2027All remaining VAT-registered taxpayers.
